Access your theme’s typography settings is via the WordPress Customizer. To launch it, go to Appearance → Customize → Header → Pre Header in your WordPress dashboard.

The Pre-Header section offers you a wide range of options to display the phone number or a menu on the main header menu so that visitors can always see it.

First of all, you can enter your content by choosing from the Layout and column settings. Additionally, color options will help you style it.
