This allows to import the bookings and related information to excel or spreadsheet document. In order to export Bookings you should navigate to Dashboard \u2192 Bookings \u2192 Reports. There you may use available options to filter the Bookings you want to export by the following parameters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Accommodation Type \u2013 bookings of certain accommodation type<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Status of Bookings \u2013 bookings with certain status applied<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The periods\/time frames to select the booking for export between start and end dates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you configured these parameters you may select the columns of reservation to export. In other words what information of the booking you would need exporting CSV file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation Type ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adults\/Guests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State \/ County<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full Guest Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment Details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final selection is saved for further export so you would not need to unselect the unnecessary columns again with each next export of bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/doc.freevision.me\/luxed\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/25\/2023\/09\/hotel-booking-docs-image11.jpg\" alt=\"image11\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since the Hotel Booking 3.5.0 version it is possible to export Bookings in CSV format.
