Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fee is a separate mandatory charge in addition to base accommodation rate. Follow the steps below to add a new fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Bookings>Taxes & Fees> push Add New button (next to Fees)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
    \n

    1. Give a name to your fee e.g. \u2018Cleaning fee\u2019. This label will be shown at Checkout page under price breakdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select whether to charge the fee per guest or per accommodation:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      • \u2018Per guest \/ per day\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u2018Per accommodation \/ per day\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u2018Percentage\u2019 (applies only to property cost, excluding services).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Define the price (Amount) of fee for Adult and Child. (when you set to \u2018charge per accommodation\u2019, there is single box for price).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Next you can set a limit of days the fee is charged. If you put \u20180\u2019 days the fee is charged each day of stay period. If you want to charge once only, set 1 day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Tick \u201cInclude\u201d if you want to show the accommodation price with this fee included (it\u2019ll be multiplied by dates if arrival and departure dates are specified).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Check the accommodation types you want to tie the fee with. You should uncheck All to select certain accommodation types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Click \u2018Done\u2019 and \u2018Save Changes\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Here is an example of Cleaning Fee with price $10 and that is charged once (1 day limit) for whole accommodation (not per guest) and is tied to Classic Double Room and Comfort Triple Room<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You can add unlimited amount of fees in the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Your guests can see all applied Fees at checkout page by breaking down the price table<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        You can add Taxes for Accommodations, Services and Fees separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Taxes for Accommodations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        In order to make Accommodation types taxable you should navigate to your Dashboard \u2192 Bookings \u2192 Taxes & Fees and follow the next steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click Add new button next to Accommodation Taxes \"accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Name the Tax. The label will appear in a price breakdown on the frontend (your guests will see it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select a type of the tax among:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Per guest \/ Per day \u2013 allows to add different tax for adult and child.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Per accommodation \/ Per day \u2013 add fixed tax for accommodation per day \u2013 not depending on guests quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Per accommodation in percents (%) \u2013 add tax in percents for accommodation without days count.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4. Define \u2018Amount\u2019 of Tax \u2013 this will depend on type of the Tax \u2013 percentage or price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. Add limit of days if needed. When there is \u20180\u2019 the tax will be applied to all days of stay-in period. You can put \u20181\u2019 to charge the tax once only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            6. Select \u201cInclude\u201d if you want to display a property rate on the site with this accommodation tax included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Check the accommodation types you want to apply this tax for. You should uncheck All to select certain accommodation types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Click \u2018Done\u2019 and \u2018Save Changes\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Here is an example of 6 % Occupancy Tax for whole accommodation and is applied for all Accommodation Types\"image47\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You can add more Taxes in the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Your guests will see all applied taxes at checkout page by breaking down the price table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
