First Enable My Account button for menu. Theme Options > Layout > Primary Menu / Logo : MENU EXTRAS :: My Account Button?
Then go to Appearance > Menu section, create a menu for logged in users like below, and set it to Logged In Account Menu location.
Next step creating a menu for non logged in users Appearance > Menu section, set it to Account Menu location.
