- Grant a sublicense to modify and distribute our themes and or our framework to third parties not included in the license
- Use our themes and or our framework in packages or distributions that you create
- Hold the authors and license owners liable for damages as of our themes and or our framework is provided without warranty
- Hold the creators or copyright holders of FreeVision liable
- Redistribute any piece of our themes and or our framework without proper attribution
- Use any marks owned by FreeVision in any way that might state or imply that FreeVision endorses your distribution
- Use any marks owned by FreeVision in any way that might state or imply that you created the FreeVision software in question
It does not require you to:
