2- Check if the issue is not caused by the third-party installed plugin. You can disable those plugins one by one to and check if the issue persists.
3- Submit a request if none from above helped. Fill in the request fields for project link and admin panel credentials. That will help us to inspect your issue closer, because we cannot replicate your issue in most of the cases.
4- Ask your questions in a clear manner, try to be more descriptive. Attach a screenshot if it is needed. That will increase the speed for issue understanding.
